Prices shown are starting points for SYNERGY’s retreat production and coordination services. Final pricing depends on retreat size, number of nights, venue complexity, supplier coordination, cultural programming, onsite support, timeline, legal/visa partner needs, and overall production scope.
Accommodation, transport, tourist activities, and visa services are normally quoted and invoiced separately by licensed third-party providers we coordinate.

Coordination Fee For Local Services
SYNERGY may apply a transparent 10–15% coordination fee for approved local services we actively coordinate, such as accommodation, meals, transport, activities, cultural experiences, facilitators, photographers, visa services, or production support.
This fee covers sourcing, communication, scheduling, supplier coordination, quality control, and integration into the retreat program.
Example:
If SYNERGY coordinates USD 5,000 of approved local services, the coordination fee may be USD 500–750 depending on scope.
SYNERGY does not charge a percentage of your retreat revenue or participant profit.
